Using one of his cards, Loki is able to discern the truth of a viewed target, by peering through the hole in it. This can be used to decode messages, or even unearth otherwise hidden clues...however, if the target is charmed against magic itself, he may not necessarily find it.
Tier 2 Spell - Royal Flush
Loki is able to create as many as five full fledged illusions, using his focus on any single illusion to increase the complexity of the image. Each illusion is three dimensional, but carries no actual mass; as such, it bears no scent or shadow, making it difficult to use for long term tricks unless he includes a shadow in the trick.
He is able to use this to create duplicates of himself-however, these copies are blue coloured, making it easy to tell him apart from them unless he coats himself in a haze of the same colour. On the flipside however, he is thus able to use all of his power over the spell to hide himself from view entirely, making it seem as if he is even one with the night sky...so long as he keeps it in mind.
Tier 3 Spell - In The Cards
Loki is granted the ability to heal others using four of his Tarot at a time. He is limited by two things; the time of injury, and his interpretation of the cards. Interpretations are endless, but physical limitations abundant, and the magic is only effective on physical ailments sustained within the last 24 Hours. Anything that was inflicted, disease or otherwise before that point, can only have the present symptoms relieved. Additionally, he cannot restore entire limbs, only seal the wound.
