As a bear following the 4th God for so long, Loki obtained two spells as an adept. His first ability is to enter a hibernation state for a certain amount of time, restoring his health. This sleep can last as long as half an hour to a few hours depending on the extent of his injuries-but while in this sleep, it is impossible to rouse him until he is healed. In addition, major injuries recovered in the safety of the arcade may not heal properly; instead becoming replaced with metal and wiring, as if robotic.
During this sleep, Loki may additionally view scenes of the future...however, if he tries to directly warn any of what he has seen, his words will be taken as false.
Alongside this spell, the duration of time granted to his standard skinwalking ability is extended. However, he also has a second option; by taking a sample of a target's blood, or even an object of strong meaning to the target, he is instead able to take the form of another person while the skin is removed. This ability can in fact be combined with his Astral abilities-however, the shapeshifted state only lasts for that single hour of time, and his weaknesses as a bear still remain...including the then fatal daytime fatigue.
Tier 1 Spell - Fool's Vision
Using one of his cards, Loki is able to discern the truth of a viewed target, by peering through the hole in it. This can be used to decode messages, or even unearth otherwise hidden clues...however, if the target is charmed against magic itself, he may not necessarily find it.
Tier 2 Spell - Royal Flush
Loki is able to create as many as five full fledged illusions, using his focus on any single illusion to increase the complexity of the image. Each illusion is three dimensional, but carries no actual mass; as such, it bears no scent or shadow, making it difficult to use for long term tricks unless he includes a shadow in the trick.
He is able to use this to create duplicates of himself-however, these copies are blue coloured, making it easy to tell him apart from them unless he coats himself in a haze of the same colour. On the flipside however, he is thus able to use all of his power over the spell to hide himself from view entirely, making it seem as if he is even one with the night sky...so long as he keeps it in mind.
